35 year old female with a giant gallstone stuck in the neck of her gallbladder. This was removed laparoscopically with the assistance of the da Vinci robot. She was sent home the same day with excellent pain control.
50 year old male with increasing groin pain found to have a large hernia. He underwent robotic inguinal hernia repair with the da Vinci. Intraoperatively, he was found to have a quadruple hernia (direct, indirect, femoral, and obturator)!
47 year old female with severe heartburn from GERD. She was found to have a hiatal hernia. She underwent robotic hiatal hernia repair with fundoplication to reduce the risk of strangulation and cure her reflux. She was kept overnight for observation and was sent home the next day and full liquid diet tolerating it well without any more reflux or heartburn.

This is an interesting case of a 50 year old male that presented with an inguinal (groin) hernia. This was repaired robotically. During surgery, a direct, indirect, femoral, and early obturator hernia were all identified and repaired at the same time.
